I am a Limited License Marriage and Family Therapist (LLMFT) working under the supervision of Sarah Harrier, MS, LMFT, CCTP. I earned my bachelor’s degree in a clinical counseling psychology from Lincoln University of Pennsylvania and my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I believe that meaningful change starts with genuine connection. With a compassionate and systemic approach, I aim to help individuals, couples, and families navigate life's most challenging moments while improving communication, healing relationship wounds, and finding clarity in life transitions. I have served my community in various capacities focused on sustaining families and creating healthy environments to encourage positive relationships. I have more than 10 years of experience working with families and teens in juvenile justice, home- and school-based counseling in Delaware, Virginia, and Michigan.
My hobbies include cooking, singing, gaming, and watching true crime documentaries. I am a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan (Go Birds!). I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 4 children who fill my life with joy.
My Approach
I practice with a systemic approach incorporating Structural Family Therapy (SFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Experiential Family Therapy. I have experience working with marital and relationship concerns, family dysfunction, anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem. I have a passion for working with teens with identified behavioral concerns and families focusing on creating a cohesive unit that encourages healthy development for each individual.
